With a recent update, RISE has added a helpdesk component to its software to enable an even easier and faster automated contact between customers and helpdesk experts.

Maintenance activities can be supported via video call from experts. The expert uses the HMT-1 to see exactly what the technician sees on site and can help him so quickly and easily. The technician always has his hands free.
Digital Assistance means many opportunities for on-the-ground mobile support: work instructions in the form of PDFs or videos, simple checklists, process guides, and more.
The HMT-1 can support the logistics and retail, for example during picking or reordering, but also as a “data hub”.
